Own: Complete end-to-end ownership through software lifecycle with strong focus on solution, code quality and efficiency is expected.Deliver: Design, implement and operate end-to-end product experiences, drive feature velocity, modularity, component reuse and performance/reliability, in close cooperation with multiple geographically distributed teams across Product, Design, User Research and Engineering teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects.You will be empowered to have end-to-end ownership for your areas including architecture, design, code, testing, and instrumentation.

Our solution is built using a mix of web technologies (JavaScript, React, GraphQL, HTML, CSS) and native platform components. We have openings in Vancouver, British Columbia Bellevue, Washington and Dallas, Texas. This position is with the Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice team, which focuses on delivering innovative features and delightful experiences on the calling space. We are looking for passionate Principal Software Engineer to technically lead and contribute to design, architecture, build, test, deploy, and operate features in production. Team is distributed across US, Europe and India which gives us a unique operational support. With world class tooling such as Microsoft DevOps and using our own product - Microsoft Teams - we’re driving truly global business. Using short development cycles, we ship incremental updates to our customers, collect feedback and metrics and through that iteratively improve the product.
